Questions

Clear answers before a project starts.

BrightBuild should be easy to understand before it is impressive to experience.

01Does BrightBuild only build websites?

No. A high-quality website is often the digital front door, but the work can include lead qualification, bookings, intake, portals, workflow automation, applied AI, integrations, dashboards, and purpose-built operational software.

02What is an Advantage Fit Review?

It is a free, focused assessment of whether BrightBuild sees a credible first opportunity and what should be measured. You leave with a clear view of whether there is a useful first step. It is focused on fit—not a complete process redesign or speculative build.

03What is an Advantage Blueprint?

For a qualified opportunity, the paid Blueprint maps one process, establishes the available baseline, defines the smallest useful system, and creates an implementation plan or prototype. Scope and commercial terms are agreed before it starts.

04Do you use AI in every solution?

No. AI is used only when a specific task—such as extraction, classification, drafting, or matching—creates enough value and can be controlled responsibly. Many valuable improvements need better UX, workflow design, or integration instead.

05Can BrightBuild work with the tools we already use?

Usually. The goal is not to replace everything. BrightBuild designs around the business and can connect websites, WhatsApp hand-offs, email, spreadsheets, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRMs, accounting tools, booking products, and other approved systems where practical.

06Who will I work with?

You work directly with Jason Viviers, BrightBuild’s founder, as he maps the process and oversees the build. Trusted specialists may contribute where they add value, but the work is not handed from sales to a junior delivery team.

07How do you protect sensitive information?

The initial Fit Review asks prospects not to submit sensitive information. A real project defines data handling, access, retention, deletion, security, and human-control requirements before sensitive workflows are implemented.

08Do you guarantee a business result?

A commercial result cannot responsibly be promised before the baseline exists. BrightBuild agrees what success means, measures the current flow where possible, instruments the new journey, and reports what changed. Interactive examples show how the system works; your success measure is defined for your business.

09What happens after launch?

The system is handed over with an agreed support path. BrightBuild can measure the flow, address the next constraint, or work with an approved support partner. Expansion should follow evidence, not an automatic upsell.

Still deciding?

Start with the operating problem.

The Review is designed to determine fit before anyone proposes a large scope.
