2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, work email, optional phone number, company name, optional website, selected business outcome, and the process context you submit through an Advantage Fit Review or direct communication. Fields marked as required are needed to assess and respond to the request; optional fields may be left blank.
Do not submit sensitive client, employee, financial, health, credential, or customer information through the initial Review.
3. How we use information
We use submitted information to assess fit, respond to your request, operate the Review workflow, maintain necessary business records, protect forms from abuse, and improve BrightBuild’s services. We do not sell personal information.
4. Service providers and storage
BrightBuild uses service providers including Cloudflare infrastructure and Resend email delivery. Information may be processed by these providers to operate the website, store Review records, protect forms, and send confirmations or notifications.
5. Analytics and attribution
Where approved analytics or campaign attribution is used, BrightBuild uses opaque identifiers and does not intentionally place names, email addresses, free-text Review answers, or confidential business hypotheses in public URLs or analytics event properties.
6. Retention and security
BrightBuild applies reasonable technical and organisational safeguards and retains information only as needed for the purposes described, operational records, and applicable obligations. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your rights and choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held by BrightBuild, subject to information that must be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons. You may object to certain processing or marketing communication. You may also raise a complaint with South Africa’s Information Regulator.
