Terms of service
Last updated: 3 August 2026
1. Service provider
BrightBuild Studio is a trading name of EDUVIBZ (Pty) Ltd, a South African private company with registration number 2024/615680/07. References to “BrightBuild”, “BrightBuild Studio”, “we”, or “us” mean EDUVIBZ (Pty) Ltd trading as BrightBuild Studio.
2. Services
BrightBuild provides analysis, design, software development, workflow automation, applied AI, integration, and related digital services. The scope, deliverables, price, timetable, ownership, support, and acceptance terms for paid work are defined in the applicable written agreement.
3. Advantage Fit Review
The free Advantage Fit Review is a focused fit assessment, not a complete process redesign, security assessment, professional audit, or guarantee of a business result. It does not create an obligation for either party to proceed.
4. Capability demonstrations
Public demonstrations and representative workflows show BrightBuild capabilities. Unless explicitly identified as an approved client case, they are not client deployments, performance guarantees, regulated-industry certifications, or measured commercial results.
5. Paid engagements
An Advantage Blueprint or implementation begins only after both parties agree the written scope and commercial terms. Changes outside the agreed scope require a separate agreement. Prices displayed on this site are in South African rand. BrightBuild is not registered for VAT and does not charge VAT unless stated otherwise after its status changes.
6. Ownership and third-party services
Ownership and licensing for custom work are defined in the project agreement. Third-party products, libraries, fonts, integrations, hosting, and services remain subject to their own terms and availability.
7. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, obtaining necessary permissions, reviewing deliverables, protecting credentials, and using delivered systems lawfully and according to the agreed operating controls.
8. Warranties and liability
Specific warranties, remedies, and liability limits are defined in the applicable project agreement. Public website content and demonstrations are provided for general information and capability evaluation.
